The Fit Woman: Thrive in Midlife Challenge is a 6-week program designed specifically for busy women in midlife who are ready to regain energy, build strength, and create lasting, healthy habits.

Through simple, sustainable steps, you’ll learn how to:

  • Eat mindfully and fuel your body effectively.
  • Build strength with follow-along workouts that gradually progress from 1 session in the first week to 3 sessions per week by the end of the challenge.
  • Introduce HIIT sessions in later weeks for enhanced fitness and fat loss.
  • Improve sleep, manage stress, and feel more balanced.
  • Learn to create hormone-friendly meals with easy, satisfying recipes.
